In Touch is comprised of proven consultants with many specialized competencies and certifications including the Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®), Project Management Professional (PMP)®, ITIL® v3 Foundations and Intermediate Certifications, Certified Software Quality Assurance (CSQA), and Prosci® Certified Change Management Professional (PCCMP) certifications.
